USAGE WARRANTY

USAGE WARRANTY

Our wheels are produced of special aluminum alloy. For secure driving and long term efficient use of your wheel rims, it is strictly recommended to comply with usage terms and warranty conditions herein.

USER MANUAL

1.

In order to obtain the best results from your rims, you should take care to have them balanced at appropriate service stations.

2.

Have your wheels installed at the service station where you buy them from and have only original wheel screws and nuts used in the installation process.

3.

Have the wheel screws and nuts tightened at the required torque value, which is 90-110 Nm. Approximately 500 km after the first installation have the tightness of the wheel screws and nuts checked.

Take care to protect the surface of your wheels from high heat and impact (welding machine, jet stone engine, etc.)

To be able to prevent any surface distortions on your wheels, you should take care not to speed on rough surfaced roads with potholes or humps.

6.

Do not have the smashed or cracked parts on your wheels resulting from accidents repaired. Do not have your wheel rims subjected to procedures such as machining, welding or straightening. Never use wheels  that are repaired.

7.

For cleaning your wheels, do not use corrosive substances or substances that would leave scratch marks behind. Furthermore, do not attempt to use acids, gasoline, thinner or gas based solvents. Clean your wheels with plain soap and clear water or auto shampoo by employing a suitable sponge or brush.

8.

In transporting your wheels make sure to use their original packaging.

9.

To be able to preserve the original shine and paint of your wheel rims you must rinse them with clear water after cruising on roads that are covered with salt used against frost.

 

WARRANTY TERMS

1.

The warranty period is 3 years and it starts on the delivery date of the product.

2.

The product, inclusive of all its parts, is covered under the warranty of our firm.

3.

If product failure is experienced within the warranty period, then any time spent in repair is added to the warranty period. The maximum repair period could be 20 business days. The subject matter period begins upon delivery of the product to the service station. If there is no service station available, then the date that the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer of the product is notified of the failure is deemed to be the beginning of the period indicated above. If the failure cannot be remedied within 10 days then either the manufacturer or the importer will be required to furnish to the customer a product similar to the one in repair, until the repair of the product is completed.

If the product malfunctions within the warranty period due to a deficiency in materials, workmanship or assembly then its repair is performed free of charge without any fees being charged neither for labour nor parts.

Regarding the product;

a.

Within a period of 1 year from the date that the product is delivered to the customer, provided that the warranty period does not expire in the meantime, if the same type of failure is repeated more than twice or more than four different types of failures take place or the total of the different types of failures experienced in the warranty period are more than six and continuous utilization of the product becomes impossible;

b.

If the maximum period identified for repairs is exceeded,

c.

If it is determined that the repair of the product is not possible by means of a report prepared by the service station of the firm, or in the absence of such a service station by the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer of the product then the customer may request that the product is replaced free of charge.
It is required that the report stated in paragraph (c) of this article is arranged within a period of 7 (seven) days following the application date of the customer. If the consumer report is not prepared within the subject matter time or the report is rejected, then the consumer will be entitled to refer the matter to arbitration and request that due diligence is conducted.

6.

Any failures arising from the utilization of the product against recommendations provided in the user manual for the same shall be excluded from the scope of this warranty.

Any issues that may arise in connection with the warranty certificate can be referred to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, General Directorate of Consumer and Competition Protection.
